The homes are bit cheaper in cost, but even those prices have gone up in the past couple of years. Low income??? What a laugh. If they were having it that hard, they could easily cut and run to a less expensive environment, outside of the Villages. Homes are less expensive for more home outside The Villages, and the prices for products are cheaper elsewhere. I hardly think that you could consider anyone living in The Villages as poverty level. Of course, if you own one of those multi-million dollar homes in The Villages, then I guess you might be tempted to think that everyone else is at the poverty level. I would hazard a guess that you would have to have a middle class income to live here, though.
