Save yourself some big money. Don't pay big bucks to get the grout professionally cleaned. Just clean using some regular household cleaner and a mop. Buy some grout stain ( product has many names) at Lowes or HD and apply or have someone with a good back do it for you. I used this process a number of years ago up north and when I was ready to move , 5 yrs later I only had two or three very small places to touch up. The "pros" will tell you that you have to do the full clean, chemicals and all. Not so!!!
Save $ 500 or more, with same ultimate outcome.
This post will infuriate several "pros that" have their customers post here right after they finish a job with praise testimonials.
