When it is completed, the Lady Lake facility will become part of the multi-county library coop (shared use agreement) whereby if you are in another jurisdiction, like Sumter County, there will be no fees to use the Lady Lake library. Lady Lake couldn't enter into that agreement until it's capacity reached a level that could sustain the additional activity such an agreement would generate.
Did not know about the agreement which sounds great. Sumter County residents have to pay an annual household fee of $40 to use the Lake County Library System which is still well worth it.
