Sam: As Villa owners, it is our responsibility to maintain or replace our Courtyard Villa fence. The plastic fences seem pretty durable. I would think these new "experiments" would be similar. Although our side fences are shared with neighbours, so don't know how that would work.
The Village developers are obviously becoming more flexible and are trying everything to bring in new purchasers! It will be interesting to see how quickly they sell.
