Did Stalin rally his country at great sacrifice against the Nazi machine? Have the Viet Cong not lead to a stable and economically vibrant country? In this country, is it not likely we have made mistakes both in policy and execution? No system is perfect, neither perfectly good nor bad.

Obama has acknowledged historical missteps. Slavery was wrong. The decimation of our native population and culture was wrong. Apparently saying sorry is perceived as a weakness. I am sorry I believed that our ships were attacked in the Gulf of Tonkin and that if we did not stop Communism in Vietnam the whole of Asia would fall. I am sorry for the hubris America sometimes displays in telling other nations what is best for them.
And with all that I am proud to be American and recognize that we are a great country.

And I am glad that we have a President who has enough intellectual subtlety and gracious humility to not be a bully or a blowhard.
You're kidding right? You're being satiric, right? The only thing that Obama hasn't achieved yet, is give the keys of our country to the enemy. What kind of leader visits other countries with his tail between his legs? The great apologizer should restrict his cowardly pandering to his wife in his bedroom, or his boyfriend, which ever pertains. He is a disgrace. If he wanted to go into the ministry, he made a wrong turn in his application for affirmative action. Typical spoiled kid complex of one that has had everything given to him all his life. He is a disgrace and puts America to shame.
