You missed one very big point that does make a difference.

No matter who you list for real or sarcasm...none of them were sworn to kill us.

So all the smart ass counterpoint should at least try to be some what consistent.

Which of all the peoples who have come to America are sworn to kill as many of us as possible.

Maybe I am missing the supposed humor ........but it is not funny. Muslim extremists sworn to kill us....we will try to keep it as simple as possible for those who have difficulty grasping a point.
