How do you know they're not happy? Do you see Cubans floating to the US any more? A huge group came when Castro took over. After that, the "refugees", the "boat people" were mostly family members trying to see/get to family members in the US because travel was banned.
It's propaganda people.
Same with N Korea. You don't hear about mass defections. The people sneaking back and forth are visiting family. I see pictures of N Korea and think, wow, I wish our cities were that clean, the people that well dressed, that well behaved. I see the US becoming more and more 3rd world, getting dirtier, getting uglier. I'd rather live in N Korea than ANY inner city of the US.
