Thanks, y'all, for the warm welcome. I'm actually trying to push my closing up a bit r/t scheduling at work. Maybe like 5/22 now. Will update as that decision is made. Whewwwwwww, much to do, sure hope I can get organized effectively. I have already written down the names/addresses of the consignment places and hope to have time to visit them in May. Any suggestions as to how to get the furniture from the consignment shop to the villa. Only thing I can think of is to rent a small u-haul the day after I find my pieces.
