We were taken by surprise when we visited here. Love at first sight! If we hadn't visited we would have continued to work until age 70 and we would have stayed in Utah and complained about the winters. Our 4 kids and 12 grandkids are spread across the country, so we would have visited them. Since we are here, they visit us more because they have so much fun in The Villages.

We stretched to get here at age 65, and we are so glad we did. We have to pace ourselves with upgrades, landscaping etc. But we are both so happy that we did it and aren't still muddling through a 9 mo snow season.

Like many, we feel that we live in a resort and have the opportunity to be happier at this stage of our lives than we ever imagined. Thanks to the Morse family!

Oh yea, Utah had income tax, property tax on vehicles. Our first car there was $700 to get the initial tags, title and registration. They also tax groceries.
