Default Rice and Beans Mexican Restaurant - off campus
Rice and Beans is located on the SW quadrant of 475 and Cty 42 in Pedro - although their physical address is Summerfield. This is a small family-run business, great food, clean restaurant, nice people - and off the beaten path so no wait. They are closed on Monday's - open til 7PM on Tues/Wed/Thurs and 8PM on Fri/Sat/Sun. Give them a try - we have been several times and have enjoyed our meal each time. If you like your experience - pass the word. These nice people need Villagers and people from the surrounding communities to help build their business.
