Well I will give you the short answer first. Predominately in divorces women always have the edge over men. In death women outlive men and thus here are a lot of rich widows out there.

I spent a good part of my career dealing with employee compensation and benefits. This entailed conferencing with employers from all industry in a community in order to understand prevailing market values for executive, professional managerial and clerical .

Performance evaluations, starting salaries, salary schedules, promotions retention of employees reducing turnover and more require equality.

The differences come in the career choices people make, balancing their work life vis a vis their personal life, their competitiveness, etc. For public/privates union shops its easier because it is all fixed by contract.

People will never learn. Politicians intentionally create controversy and division because it draws people to them (collectives) (herds). that's what presidential candidates do, that 's what race baiting leaders do that, that's what unions do, etc. Class distinctions, race distinctions, religious distinctions, equal pay, income redistributions, the 1% the 99%, the fat cats war on women............ These are the type of people that like nanny government

TOO MANY AMERICAN HAVE LOST OR NEVER ACHIEVED THEIR INDIVIDUAL IDENTITY.

Personal Best Regards:
