So, the way I see it, there is no disparity between male and female wages other than in sports. Women feel that they deserve breaks because they have to take off to have babies, even though that is their choice, not the employers. When I say breaks, I mean they feel that by having a baby, they believe that they should continue to get the same increases in pay and positioning as anyone that has not missed months off for having a baby. Other than that, what is the big deal? If females do not wish to take the high risk or high stress jobs of men, then why do they feel they deserve to get paid more than their employer is willing to pay them? After all, a nurse should not get paid as much as a doctor. A secretary should not expect to get paid as much as the executive. Male or female, the position and job dictates, not the gender. The government has been giving paternity leave for some time. If I was a female, I believe I would object to that. After all, who had to endure the long months of discomfort and the body stress of producing another life form? Not the male. But, that is just my opinion and has nothing to do with the subject.

So, all the screaming about equality is just a Hillary sham to get more female votes. That seems rather sexist, doesn't it?
