Same for the minorities, they excel in other areas. Nobody complains that the NBA or NFL is filled with mostly black players, because they're good at it. But they complain when they're underrepresented as CEOs or scientists when they're NOT good at it.
If the government didn't force us, they'd be sitting on the side lines, unable to compete. Women would be home raising their own children instead of passing that job onto some 3rd world immigrant. Men could go back to doing what they do best, taking care of their family. Leveling the playing field would be a good thing.
