NO it does not.

There are far too many with or with out being wealthy that are just what they are....nasty, ill tempered, impatient, get outta my way, me first, the rules do not apply to me type!!

Being wealthy is a state of mind and station as measured by the individual.
And it is not just measured by a financial statement. That is unfortunately the narrow measure that many use.....and it is confusing.

Where does wealthy start?
It is most certainly not measured off like a football field.

I find the term wealthy being abused about as often as the word resort.
