Some north end residents are upset about the reality that lakes ponds and preserves morph over a period of years. Trees grow and obscure views. Invasive species pop up, etc.
Displeased residents are now claiming that the" Developer" had mislead them and charged a premium for lots that now have blocked or less attractive views.
Make sure that you understand that these areas are on their own and that there will be little or no intervention to maintain the present conditions.
