Here's my question to Trump supporters:
Instead of a debate I would like to see the candidates sequestered. I would put together a group of professors from leading institutions to ask pointed questions about background knowledge on geography, economics, world events, history including opinions on court cases.
Next the candidates would read their essays out loud and everyone could download their answers and read along.
We know how they think on their feet and see their oration skills. We need to know how smart they actually are.
Do you think Trump supporters would help support this new type of vetting?
