Oh, Sable, I'm so happy for you! I know that you have wanted to be down there for a long time and at least now maybe you will be able to enjoy at least part of the year there. I wish I could help you with all that you have to do, but I have not furnished mine yet either so no experience to share with you. It sounds like a lot of work, but fun too!!
