One article the Iranians are blaming Obama for trying to undermined the agreement by holding back funds from Iran. The other article states that Obama is purposely trying to undermine the agreement so he can give more concessions to Iran. Those goals aren't completely opposite!

The Iranians aren't living in a dream world. Iran is testing ballistic missiles from a safe distance away from Israel. If Iran fires a ballistic missile at Israel, they are history. If Israel thinks that they have a nuclear bomb, they are history.
One of the things Obama was completely wrong about was the Republicans wouldn't oppose everything he put forward even if the proposal was a past Republican belief.
