You see this is the difference in what our mothers told us to do. Some mothers would have yelled it out. Some mothers would have smacked you for yelling it out.
I don't disagree with protecting children, but perhaps this discussion will be read by someone who will pause in allowing their golf cart to be driven by someone who is too young or by someone who might endanger their grandchildren.
It is a cultural difference we are discussing on whether it would help to yell out a criticism. Whether it would make them think, or just **** them off.
On that we can argue all day. I doubt if many would disagree that what Chatbrat saw was dangerous. And few would not have cared. It is how to change it and how far we would go to make laws that have to be followed. It is a basic difference that many of us feel about how far we should go to make something illegal. It sure as heck hasn't helped having laws when it comes to stopping illegal drugs and that issue is terribly dangerous and destroying society as we knew it as children.
