The guy who got out of his car was the aggressor as far as I'm concerned. The whole incident would probably be over when the light turned green. I don't know who was the cause of the dispute but as soon as you get out of your car to confront the other driver
you become the aggressor. The guy in the hospital will now have some time to think about how he put his own family in danger. I'm glad he survived. He was given a second chance. The other driver was wrong for what he did too. Remember the incident a few months back at one of our gates? The guy in the front car got out to confront the guy behind him. Also dumb, dumb, dumb.
