I wonder what will happen in the future when every word you typed is recorded. Maybe people will get used to it, like pot. The first time I heard a president say "I did not inhale" was the first time someone in my generation sounded like many I knew. Now a candidate like Bush or Obama can say they used coke and it's not stopping their political career. I thought it was funny and pathetic [a little too late] that Jeb said he smoked pot.

I'll take my chances, and my future kin's chances with Sanders. Just running his ideas are getting some press.
You can empathize with a victim and still search out some kind of justice while being a good lawyer. It does not seem to me that a lawyer should try anything to get their client off. The culture in law schools in the 1970s and 1980s though did seem to stress objective gamesmanship and not empathy with the survivor/victim.

I do not see these matters as being problems for Clinton or Sanders now as legal education seems to be quite different in the 2010s with the extensive interest in survivors/victims rights in the places of higher education. I mean Sanders' article from the 1970s and Clinton's days as a defender of an alleged rapist of a 12 year old.
