You might want to have your pool water tested for the level of pollution (if any), and determine what needs to be done to clean of the water if necessary. This would be beyond the normal test that the technician would do on a weekly basis. You may need to take a sample to a laboratory.
Since the irrigation water is NON potable you really have no idea what is in there. Also, I suspect the typical pool filtering system is not setup to handle this type of water.
I agree that you have a concern, and testing the pool water will give you some facts to discuss with the offender.
