More and more regulation does not give much incentive to small business entrepreneurs. And the more liberal our country becomes, the more regulatory rules the small guy has to hurdle. On the other hand, in the last couple of decades we have seen an great increase in millionaires. Although, I believe that the number has fallen somewhat since 2007. You can't have an increase in employment and higher wages without demand. It's not the job of the government to regulate how much one must get paid for a specific job.
But, this has nothing to do with colleges funding illegal aliens. All I know is that many college students have complained about not being able to get a seat in a required class for the course they were taking. It is not going to sit very well with those students if now they are going to have to stand in line with illegal aliens and compete for the same seats in a class. Not to mention how much they have to spend for tuition when the gov wants to subsidize illegals. And they wonder why people are getting mad and coming out in record highs to vote for Trump. They are fed up.
