I had the same problem starting 4/10 and resolving today. I watched the address bar in IE closely when trying to connect to TOTV and the first URL to be displayed was:
www.youforgottorenewyourhosting.com, then I was directed to some random site. I sent 2 emails to TOTVs gmail account but haven't heard back. Seems like there may have been a mis-communication to CenturyLink.
