There is a gender pay gap, but not due to discrimination. The gap is due mostly to choices men and women make in their careers and not discrimination. Once you account for a number of factors, including taking time off from work and different careers, then there isn't any evidence that it's true discrimination. Men tend to take higher risk careers that pay higher due to the danger/risk than women. Women tend to take jobs requiring less risk and less pay. You are not going to pay a secretary the same as the executive. If you have a woman executive with a male secretary, do you think that the male gets paid more than the executive?

The only disparity is by choice. You can't mandate a population's choice, unless you take into consideration the socialists of communist Russia when it was the USSR.

Wage disparity is ALL HYPE being used against the ignorant, uniformed losers that are disgruntled, by the elite politicians such as Hillary and Obama to get their ignorant votes.
