When it is completed, the Lady Lake facility will become part of the multi-county library co-op (shared use agreement) whereby if you are in another jurisdiction, like Sumter County, there will be no fees to use the Lady Lake library. Lady Lake couldn't enter into that agreement until it's capacity reached a level that could sustain the additional activity such an agreement would generate.
From an article that was taped to the Lady Lake Library's Circulation desk yesterday it looks like the new Lady Lake Library will be opening in 12 to 15 months.

I did not read it in detail as there was a line at the Circulation Desk while I was checking out my DVDs. ;D
