Not that I have heard of. What I think I know is fact is that The family has purchased many modular homes, (commonly called trailers) and has built homes on the sites. Not really a lot bigger but newer for sure.


It is kind of an in house urban renewal. No. That would conjure up that the area was down at it's heels and it isn't. Maybe just some homes are older. I think it is a very good idea. The homes purchased by the developer family were put up for sale, not taken or snatched from the owners.


As to the OP, he is doing what many of us have done, trying to gather facts and make a decision. This whole damned place seems way to good to be true.
