I think the DoD got enough...
The Obama Administration's fiscal year (FY) 2015 budget requests a total of $560.4 billion in funding for the Department of Defense (DoD), including $495.6 billion in the base discretionary budget, $6.2 billion in mandatory funding, and $58.6 billion in supplemental funding for Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO).
They've outsourced and contracted out WAY too much, that's where a lot of the budget goes. They pay civilians obscene money to deploy. War is a money maker.
If they can't afford to fly, it's their own fault. Bring the troops home.

You might want to inspect that Defense funding a bit closer. Not all of it goes to the military. As a matter of fact, one year when I was curious, I found that a large chunk actually went to Hawaii's health care system. Amazing what gets put into some of these documents when passed around for a vote. Each state likes to put in it's little piece of pork.
