Since I don't play golf, I don't give a rat's @ss as to how much you have to pay for clubs. It sounds to me like you are whining about the cost of being an elite. You must be a democrat. If America wants to pay less for products then they should not have instituted all kinds of labor laws and endorsed unions. Wages go up so products go up. Just play the stupid game and get over yourself. Americans made their products unattainable for the average consumer. You want minimum wages of $15 an hour, then expect to pay $15 for a hamburger. Live with it or quit expecting everything given to you.
