Our renters had to go home due to a medical concern and we have a few days left of this month to rent out our gorgeous corner lot villa with a side private patio.

If you are interested in spending a week or so exploring The Villages, we offer a wonderfully quiet retreat with luxury options.

We are not the cheapest patio villa you will find, but we deliver an excellent value for what you do get. Our golf cart is a 2012 Yamaha gas. Our Master bedroom boasts a king size bed. Our kitchen is filled with high quality dishware and utensils.

Our side brick patio has fantastic outdoor seating. Our lanai is set up for conversation and good times.

Our cable includes movies and a voice remote. We have WIFI and a land line.

We include coffee, wine, laundry soap, dish soap, and simple things like tin foil, zip lock bags and trash bags.

We have 24/7 customer service.
