Ahhh the tee time point system overall works well.
However, like any system with rules-rules can be broken for the privilege . In America rule of law means no man/woman is above the law... without getting political, consider the people who have proven that they are above the law and why aka /cronyism.
Cronyism exists everywhere even in Florida's Friendliest Hometown.
