Citizens don't, well aren't supposed to, have to EARN their rights. They're supposed to be yours forever. Except for the most egregious of offenses. And then, if you're taking away "citizenship rights", you might as well kick them out of the country. If they do the same thing over there, they'll deal with it. Hey, WE got stuck with a lot of other countries "undesirables" way back when, as they shipped them over here. Time to return the favor.
