It's more than an "email scandal." It's a major Federal felony that she committed. I worked with the handling of classified material for the Dept of State and I know exactly what she did and how wrong it was. Just the information that has been released to the public via the Internet shows that she should already be incarcerated. Anyone else working for DOS would have been arrested over a year ago and would have been convicted by now. This is not some liberal "scandal" that where you claim it to be a Republican conspiracy. This is the real deal and she is guilty. No matter the selection of jury members, she would be found guilty 100% by an immediate verdict.
For a liberal to suggest that this is merely a "scandal" just shows how ignorant many Americans are to how important national security is and how important it is to handle classified information properly.
Hillary conducting gov business via an unsecured and unauthorized email server was against gov regulations. For anyone else, a fireable offense. Her using an unsecured Internet email server to transmit and receive classified information, is a felony. To transmit or received and then destroy Top Secret information is a major felony. And markings on classified material is not pertinent to the violation. To destroy TS information, it must be authorized AND the destruction has to be witnessed and documented. That's law.
Hillary can skate on Benghazi by convincing everyone that she couldn't have done anything about it. Maybe in HER case, she couldn't have helped them. Maybe she really is that incompetent. That is just another reason that she is not a viable candidate for the Dems. She is inept.
As a senator, she passed three bills. Do nothing bills. That is another reason she is not worthy of this important job. She is lazy.
The Clintons are being investigated by IRS, Democrat controlled, for tax fraud. Another reason she is not a viable candidate.
Hillary being a female (?) is not a valid reason or qualification to earn her the Democrat vote. I really thought Democrats prided themselves at being well educated and intelligent.
