The reason of course, to anyone with a bit of intelligence, is that you didn't make that choice...it was made for you.
While someone may feel 'icky' about same sex attraction of two consenting adults, that doesn't automatically mean it should be illegal. Heck, I personally think tattoos and drunken seniors are icky, but I'm not running around trying to get them outlawed if they really don't affect me (drunk driving being an obvious exception).
In other words, you don't have the right to force your feeling of repulsion on others, if it is between two consenting adults and doesn't affect you.
Why in the world would you think your right to not being uncomfortable, trumps other people's right to do things that really doesn't affect you and is between consenting adults?
