I get it. I'm so hung up on people telling one to move if they complain on our local board.
In our town, I think we can be fined if we don't recycle. They just did go to an incentive program though. The plastic totes we use are coded, and we'll get points for how much we recycle. We've always done it anyway because we love our planet.
