You can believe what you choose to believe, but you can't change facts and history. Jesus was a historical figure, whether you believe him to be God or not. I doubt that Paul wrote the Koran. And I doubt Paul installed Jesus in Jewish historical documentation. It would be an elaborate scheme to motivate the whole middle East into believing in Jesus.
