Walkers, with or without dogs, are on the courses both day and night. Just drive down Enriique anytime and you will see them. Why isn't one of the golf workers stopping them. I am not a golfer, but I know that is the rule for any golf course. I also know that a trail fee is paid so you can use your cart. Golfing on the executive courses is free if you walk.
