By not being a resident of TV who reads.
TV residents know that priority pool-only is available for a reasonable fee, and that buying the whole golf deal to get priority pool use is a false claim.
Some can't stand it that the developers have become wealthy here. I like it, because I feel wealthy here as a result of simply buying a $200k home.
