She will if Trump isn't working for the R party. You think they'll elect him if he's not?
Nothing matters but the Jan. electors voting. They'll vote for Hillary before Trump if he's not playing ball. The founders added that to ensure only "one of their guys" ever got elected. Trump could get 99% of the popular vote and still not get elected if the electors refuse to vote for him.
They did it to keep the people from electing a candidate that wasn't part of the system. There was no way for the people to know back then what was going on. No 24 hr a day voting coverage. It'll be tough to cover over the disregard to the people wishes if Trump is for real and gets the popular vote.
