"best" in your opinion.
Quick sell, maximum price, lots of $/time spent on advertising and open houses, etc., etc?
I've known agents that sell quickly because they under price purposely. After all, a quick sale means less work and advertising for them over the potential loss of a few extra dollars in commissions at a higher sale price.
Then there are the ones that give you unrealistic ideas of what you can get and then when you have to drop the price a few times, it looks bad.
Methinks you will have lots of people claiming to know
"the best," so I don't envy your fun in wading through all of that.
Good luck and here's hoping that you get a sale in a time-frame you're comfortable with, at a price you can live with.
