My husband is a Veterinarian and I worked at his clinic for 10 years. We always cautioned people followed up with flyers and brouchers and reminders. Being from Illinois, we did run into many problems in the winter also. There's one law I particularly love about Florida and that is that it is illegal to leave your dog in a car. That was not the case in Illinois. This should be a illegal in all states. :bigthumbsup:
