Why not? We've been conned by all the rest...past politicians, presidents, religious leaders, activists. They ALL lied to us.

I think it's the reason over half the population is on psychotropic drugs. We're lied to constantly. We NEVER know who or what to believe.

Some I think, just give up and believe everything, sort of a zombie state of non-thinking. The typical American.
