Those all sound like likely software issues rather than hardware. If it were me, I'd back up all my files somewhere safe, make a system image and then do a clean re-install of Windows. Then re-load only the programs you actually use anymore and finally, restore your files from the backup. If you've never done anything like this before, don't attempt it on your own. Get help from an expert. TVCC likely has many such folk. Go to one of the last-Friday-of-the-month workshops.
