Called " HOT LINE" several times ...only to be HUNG UP ON. Finally one of the taxi drivers took it upon themselves to take 8 unhappy customers to airport. Missed flight...had to buy new ticket. Time to let them know how HAPPY we are with them and the HOTLINE !!!!
