You need a relatively new iphone for WiFi calling. Older phone need a Micro-Cell box from ATT. It essentially does the same thing.

I live in the newest village, Osceola Hills at Soaring Eagle, and had terrible reception, 1 or 2 bars. I enabled wi-fi calling on my iPhone 6, iOS 9, ATT and now I get every call and make calls without any problems and have great call quality.
