IF you weren't so comprehension impaired, you would see from the posts above that Blacks are the highest welfare recipients on the scale, followed by whites, etc. Yes, I also ADDED the statement that if you put all the minorities in one group, then the minorities way outweigh the whites by about two to one, or even more. These are just facts, and I don't care any which way. As far as I am concerned, ALL welfare should be mean tested and get rid of about half of the lazy that do not need it. Make each person work for the gov handout according to their ability, and drug test and I bet you would save billions or even hundreds of billions.
