Ah...I think you're helping his point. Those are troubled cities with a large "minority" population. Those poor states you mentioned ALSO have a high "minority" population.

Do you see the common denominator to poverty and violence? A high minority population.

And all states controlled and run by republicans, the biggest pigs at the government trough.
