It sounds like you are in a dream world Sam with the mountains surrounding you. Not sure I'd want to give that up...the serenity, calmness, quietness....sounds like a Utopia to me....
Are you sure TV is better? Think twice before selling and committing to TV exclusively.
I'm sitting here thinking about my Utopia. On a chain of 7 lakes....it's so beautiful and the weekends are packed with meeting up with friends on one of the sand bars. I dread leaving this behind because Florida has nothing to compare....oceans are nice but can't compete with inland lakes, friends, and weekend fun...
Oh crap...hope this doesn't open up ocean vs. inland lake debate....
