OK...tell us all WHAT was false about that statement. A "racist" comment is a false comment against a certain race, correct? To be a racist comment, it has to be a false comment. Show us why the statement is false.
Is there a successful former colony? Completely independent, black majority, black rule. Is there a successful black country at all?

Andrew Jackson, a prominent slave owner and trader, rose to be President. And now they wants to take him off the $20 and put on a former slave woman. The disgrace to a former President!
And what about that liberal Harry Truman? He integrated the military! Even that shiftless Colin Powell rose to the rank of General (due to affirmative action) and got a chance to fail in Dessert Storm.
