Wrong! Statistics do not show that. The most on welfare are black, second is white, third is Hispanics, and forth is orientals. Add up all the minority groups and it shows that white recipients are outnumbered by two or more to one. But, I do not expect you to accept facts, when all you have to go on is liberal talking points parroted from liberal puppet masters.
